Kia ora, I'm Laura Trethewey (she/her).

 

.with Laura is my personal brand and site which was created to help others (you) connect with me in various aspects of my life.

I’m an experienced HR specialist, independent consultant, employment advocate, dancer, and more.

 

My work centers around people - helping create inclusive workplaces, and finding practical, creative solutions to complex people-related challenges.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about growing the NZ dance community through teaching, advocacy, and sharing resources. I also care deeply about living in a way that supports our planet and those we share it with.​​
